With more than 400k followers through different platforms, social media is one of our first channel to engage with our clients, leads, journalists, investors, talents…  

Are you ready to help us reach new heights and elevate our social media presence? Then, join our digital marketing team, made of social media lovers, education enthusiast, SEO expert and affiliation negotiator. 

As our new Social Media Manager, you will: 

  • Shape & Implement our social media strategy to expand our brand presence, grow our communities, and increase engagement. 

  • Create and schedule our monthly social media calendar across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and Facebook. 

  • Manage daily community interactions, including posting on our platform and responding to comments and messages. 

  • Design captivating visuals (using Canva) and craft engaging captions to stimulate interaction. 

  • Coordinate with our creative agency to ensure content delivery aligns with our brand identity and editorial standards. 

  • Monitor Swissquote's performance and publish reports. 

  • Analyze competitor strategies and stay updated with the latest trends. 


Preferred experience

  • At least 2 years of experience in social media or communications, direct channel management is a plus. 

  • Deep understanding of marketing best practices and strategic activations across social media platforms. 

  • Proven proficiency in planning and project execution 

  • Fluency in French and/or English with excellent writing abilities; German is highly advantageous. 

  • Expertise in audience analytics, audience development, and data interpretation. 

  • A strong interest in fintech, cryptocurrencies, and financial markets is highly desirable. 

  • Able to efficiently manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Holds a Professional or Bachelor’s degree in Communication or Marketing. 

  • Video editing skills are a plus.
