Job description

 

  • Assist in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of training sessions, workshops, and development programs for employees across the organization.
  • Monitor training enrollments and attendance, tracking participant progress and completion of training activities.
  • Assist in the development of training materials, presentations, and documentation, working closely with subject matter experts and trainers.
  • Administer the Learning Management System (LMS), overseeing course catalog management, user access, course enrollment and reporting functionalities to ensure a seamless learning experience for employees.
  • Respond to training inquiries and provide assistance to employees regarding training programs, requirements, and resources.
  • Analyze training effectiveness and outcomes through data collection, feedback mechanisms, and performance metrics, leveraging insights to continuously improve and optimize training programs.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external training providers to ensure training programs meet organizational needs and objectives.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of the overall learning and development strategy, including long-term planning, goal setting, and performance metrics tracking.
  • Stay informed of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in learning and development.
  • Lead and participate to other projects in the team (i.e. induction program, training processes, training participation rate, internal communication)

Preferred experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field required.
  • Ideally 2+ years of experience in training coordination, learning and development, or related roles
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical skills, with the ability to assess complex situations and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) ideally WORKDAY
  • Passion for learning and development, with a commitment to fostering a culture of continuous growth and improvement within the organization.
