The position

Job description

 

  • Provide first-level IT support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues for employees.
  • Perform daily system checks and maintenance to ensure all IT systems are functioning correctly.
  • Manage support tickets, document solutions, and create user guides for common problems.
  • Set up, configure, and maintain IT equipment inventory, including hardware replacements or upgrades.
  • Assist with basic user training on IT systems and tools.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level IT staff or external vendors as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with internal IT policies and security guidelines.

 


Preferred experience

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role.
  • Solid understanding of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and general IT infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with banking systems or financial software is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Customer service oriented with a helpful, can-do attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Willingness to start work early to support staff from the beginning of the business day.

Hours

  • Monday to Friday, starting at 7:00 AM to ensure early support availability.
