😎 Your future position :

The IT team is growing and we are looking for an IT Transformation Specialist who will be in charge of managing and implementing end-to-end IT projects. These projects will mainly aim at bringing continuous improvement and upgrading of our internal processes and policies. In other words, this will bring more visibility on our IT services for all our Swilers in Paris, Montpellier, Sao Paulo or in full remote (700+ users in 2 countries).

• Your role would be to work on management of a portfolio of challenging IT Transformation Projects :

  • Modeling of applications accesses and rights for different businesses
  • Harmonization of our printing system
  • Definition and implementation of a global naming convention for our mailing lists

• For each project, is expected:

  • To be owner of your projects in complete autonomy and being responsible to communicate frequently with all stakeholders
  • To prioritize tasks according to criticality and impact and define the project roadmaps with milestones
  • To implement KPIs for monitoring and measuring progress
  • To document the projects as part of a quality approach and to feed the knowledge base
  • To lead workshops and task completion
  • To know and drive the risk management and mitigation

You will join the IT team which is in charge of delivering, maintaining and supporting all IT assets (end user devices, IT office services, application and platform).

The IT team is part of the Central Operations team which is designed to support Swile’s growth by implementing scalable processes, automated tools and delivering smart business insights.

Position based in Paris or Montpellier with possibility to do some days on remote.


Recruitment process

🔥 Our hiring process :

  • First screen: a 45 minute video interview with a tech recruiter from the hiring super team
    Experience interview: 60 min with your future Manager Louis-Marie : evaluation of soft/hard skills, team fit, background, team/job information
  • Home assignment: Home assignment + 1 h review with 1 team member (Mathieu) and Louis-Marie
  • Swile interview: 45 minutes an essential step, our cultural fit! This will be the opportunity for you to talk about your motivations and values by meeting 2 Swilers from other departments.
  • Final Round: 1h with Jean-Baptiste, Director of Central Ops to validate the last points that remain outstanding, on your side as well as ours!
