After an initial strong commercial success in France (10000+ clients, 300.000 users), Swile is looking to expand in Mexico (among others) and is hiring a Mexican country explorer (initially as a freelancer). His mission will be to understand and explain the Mexican Meal Voucher business (Key stakeholders, Meal Voucher issuers market shares and best practices, Corporate customers insights, affiliate restaurants insights, regulation, market practices, etc…).The mission will last ~3 months (minimum half time is required). The Mexican country explorer will be fully autonomous (book his own meetings, etc…) and in coordination with the Europe based international team. He/she will have access to all necessary materials (and the work already done by fellow country explorers from other markets).

The ideal candidate meets the following criteria 🤩:

• 10+ years living in Mexico (ideally based out of Mexico city)
• Strong business acumen
• A good network in Mexican companies from different sizes
• Experience in market research (both on a macro and micro level with interviews, mystery shopping, etc…)
• A knowledge of the restaurants and food distribution network is a plus
• Available immediately (ideally Dec 2020)
• Must have fluency in English.
• Nice to have: French language
