Swan, a leading technology company, is seeking a highly skilled Product Manager based in Paris to join our team in order to build the most efficient and elegant BaaS (Bank as a Service) on the market.
✨ Your mission
You will wake up each morning with 2 main goals:
Deliver maximum value for your users
Turning complex things (technical and banking) into simple things
On a daily basis, this will result in:
The design of new features (from the needs analysis to their release). You are here to listen to customer needs and challenges, analyse them in regard to the company strategy, and design the best solutions (screens and APIs).
Be the voice of customers to prioritise changes in the product, in collaboration with the various stakeholders (internal or customers)
Collaborate with our tech team (55+) and especially your squad (3-4 software engineers)
✨ Our product organization:
Swan’s Product department consists of 13 people organised into two units with two VP Product, and several experienced Product Managers and Product Designers. The product team consists of three main branches:
Payment: The payment features are what customers come to buy from Swan. These features include cards, transfers, direct debits, etc.
Banking Experience: These are the features that enable us to offer the best partner experience. This is why customers choose Swan over competitors. These features include the best onboarding, a strong authentication system, the best dashboard, etc.
FinCrime: This team works on building the best technical capabilities to detect and fight against Financial Crime (fraud, money-laundering, financing of terrorism), and protect Swan in the process.
