In this internship role, you will actively contribute to training, awareness, AI-powered automation, and documentation initiatives.

✨ Your mission
Your primary mission is to support the Risk PMO team (project managers and Ops performance officer) in strengthening Swan’s compliance and operational efficiency by maintaining robust documentation, developing awareness and training tools, and testing innovative automation solutions.
✨ Main tasks
As part of this internship, you will work closely with the Risk & Compliance Manager to ensure smooth governance operations and effective coordination of the organizational activities listed below.
Governance and Administration
Support committee coordination and governance logistics.
Manage agendas, secure time slots, and prepare meeting materials.
Maintain templates, trackers, minutes, and audit trails.
Assist in follow-ups with stakeholders to ensure visibility and timely updates.
Support preparation of governance communications and announcements.
Maintain documentation across committees, audits, and the Doc Hub.
Help ensure governance requirements are understood and applied.
Reporting and Documentation
Collect and consolidate data for reporting and dashboards.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of shared statistics.
Support document formatting and conversion for audits and reviews.
Tooling and Automation
Test AI-based assistants and report improvement needs.
Identify tools or methods to streamline governance and admin tasks.
Maintain organization of documentation within automation platforms.

Our Risk PMO team is composed of compliance and Ops specialists working closely with Swan’s first and second line of defense and other stakeholders.

The team partners with Operations, Product, and Compliance SMEs, ensuring that Swan’s risk culture is not only regulatory-compliant but also practical and engaging.
