After graduating from HEC Paris in 2014, Dimitri co-founded Tiller, which in less than 5 years has become one of Europe's leading providers of digital solutions for merchants with over 10,000 customers and 200 employees in 3 countries. From day one, Dimitri's vision and ambition has always been to create sustainable ecosystems through digital tools. So naturally, the partnership with SumUp was born with the vision to build an ecosystem of services for merchants worldwide. Thus, Tiller joined the SumUp family at the beginning of 2021, today the undisputed leader in the digitalisation of merchants in Europe.

Alex was born and raised in South Korea, and graduated university majored in PR and advertisement in Seoul. After working as a social media manager for three years in Seoul, she determined she is going to make dream come true, which was to become an analytical performance marketer in the fast-growing, international startup scene. And Berlin was the best place for achieving the goal.

With complete knowledge of all-round marketing touch-points and analytics, Alex manages not only Search, Display, Paid social ads but also video, affiliate, native ads and more! She possesses sustainable passion and ambition and is loving challenges.

After graduating from The University of Sheffield, Rebecca started her career in Sales at a Startup. Whilst there she became fascinated by the processes and tools needed to support the Customer journey as the business scaled, and from there spent three years as part of a newly created Operations Team at a SaaS company.

With experience of designing new processes and reducing bottlenecks, Bex is loving discovering new challenges and delivering improvements for all teams across the lead to cash process.

After completing her MBA degree, Magda started her career in sports media where she was involved with day to day social media activities of the newspaper. By the end of her time at the company, Magda managed to make the newspaper's Facebook page one of the top pages in the country.

Always striving for excellence, it was natural Magda decided to join SumUp in the mission to empower small merchants across the globe.

Magda is a foodie who wouldn’t hesitate to travel far for authentic cuisines. Besides, she is very passionate about horses as she has been horse-riding since she was 6.

After 7 years in the UK where Roger lived, worked and grew as a professional in the sales and customer service business, he decided to move back home to Barcelona. Here, he decided to join Tiller in the middle of the transition to become part of the Sumup Family.

His ambition and willing to help not just merchants, but people, to improve their business and their lives and ensuring that they would receive an excellent customer service from start to end was essential for him to take the decision to start a new journey at Sumup as he shared the same values Sumup has.

Roger is passionate about people and discovering new countries, and of course one of his hobbies is to travel around the world to learn as much as he can from all cultures and be able to share all of his adventures and experiences with the people around him. There is always something new to learn for Roger and doesn’t seem that he will stop any time soon!
