Your goals: Within the PreSales team, you will support our Team Lead in the following activities:

  1. Managing and reactivating our customer database on Salesforce.
  2. Coordinating and ensuring the smooth customer journey.
  3. Studying the status of existing processes and proposing new ideas.
  4. Implementing new processes to facilitate communications with our customers (automatic reminders, verifying the correct execution of appointments by sales representatives, etc.).
  5. Handling and qualifying incoming inquiries (phone, email, chat) generated by our marketing campaigns and converting potential customers into actual clients.
  6. Providing daily reports to the relevant managers.

Required profile:

  1. You are a dynamic person and excel in managing interpersonal relationships.
  2. You are proactive and not afraid to propose new ideas.
  3. You are diligent in your work.
  4. You can work in a team and foster teamwork.
  5. You are interested in sales and would like to interact with B2B clients.
  6. You are a candidate with personality and strong motivation.
  7. You speak English fluently.

SELECTION PROCESS:

The process consists of 3 steps:

  1. Introductory interview with the TA
  2. Technical interview with the PreSales Team Lead
  3. Role play phone call 15 min
