Main Accountabilities: 1. Defines and implements the Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) a ccording to the Project & equipment constraints/requirements. 2. Coordinates his/her actions and commitments with categories managers and/ or S CPM and/or buyers. 3. Ensures the manufacturing control & inspection of the ordered Equipment a t supplier premises in order to respect the quality & contractual commitments. Obtains the inspection r elease certificate (IRC). 4. Alerts the SCPM & his/her hierarchy on non-conformities (delays, q uality/technical aspects) in order to coordinate the expediting action plan. 5. Ensures interface with the buyer, SCPM and external clients. 6. Anticipates risks and opportunities related to the quality and technical r equirements & delivery date. 7. Reports to the SCPM and the line Manager on his/her share of the project a ctivity and KPIs. 8. Contributes to the steering of the processes, to their evolution (REX) and g uarantees their i mplementation on his / her scope. 9. Ensures that internal rules & procedures are respected by s ubcontractors. 10. Respects all Group standard policies (H & S , Environment, Ethics…) and c ompliance with internal reporting rules. JOB SPECIFICATION • Bachelor’s degree of any course preferably Engineering or Supply Chain Management (with license is an advantage but not required). • At least 3-years’ experience in the water/wastewater treatment sector; preferred but not required, or at least from Oil and Gas – Engineering, Procurement & Construction • At least 3-years’ experience in expediting and quality control of equipment prior and after shipment, logistics and material management for the Project. • Meticulous and detail oriented. • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills. • Capable of working independently under minimal supervision and able to deliver outputs with good quality. • Has strong sense of ownership in deliverable/ report preparation. • Good team player • Able to work under pressure • Has a good sense for decision making BU: CUSTOM.BUSINESSUNIT CATEGORY: CUSTOM.EMPLOYEECATEGORY
