ENGINEERING YOUNG TALENT DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
Young Talent Development Program is designed to train and empower fresh graduate engineering students through a comprehensive 6-months rotational training. The participants will rotate across various departments within Suez International Philippine Branch, gaining valuable hands-on experience, technical knowledge and cross-functional insights

Qualification needed:
-Engineering fresh graduates (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical and Industrial) of reputable universities
-Interested in water/wastewater treatment sector
-Eager and willing to learn
-Meticulous and detail oriented
-Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
-Capable of working under minimal supervision and able to deliver outputs with good quality.
-Has strong sense of ownership in deliverable preparation
-Good team player
-Able to work under pressure
-Willing to accept frequent travel (when conditions already allow).
-Focused and goal-oriented
