The participants will rotate across various departments within Suez International Philippine Branch, gaining valuable hands-on experience, technical knowledge and cross-functional insights The program aims to: Equip young engineers with practical skills and industry specific knowledge Enhance their problem-solving and critical thinking abilities Foster adaptability and holistic understanding of Suez’s operations Build a strong pipeline of competent and confident engineering professionals ready to contribute to future organizational success This initiative is a strategic investment in the next generation of engineering talent, supportive both individual career growth and long-term goals of Suez. QUALIFICATIONS A ND REQUIREMENTS: Engineering fresh graduates (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical and Industrial) of reputable universities Interested in water/wastewater treatment sector Eager and willing to learn Meticulous and detail oriented Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills. Capable of working under minimal supervision and able to deliver outputs with good quality. Has strong sense of ownership in deliverable preparation Good team player Able to work under pressure Willing to accept frequent travel (when conditions already allow). Focused a nd g oal-oriented
