* Implements and adapts the execution of the construction & operational project strategy.
* Sets up the organization of project(s) and ensures the availability of the right resources on an ongoing basis.
* Organizes, plans, and manages the project team and ensures proper resource allocation.
* Ensures the proper application of QHSE rules on their project.
* Manages, coordinates, and unites the team around the project.
* Organizes and manages relationships with internal and external stakeholders to meet the company's commitments in terms of cost, quality, and deadlines.
* Manages risks and opportunities on project(s).
* Plans activities and manages the schedule.
* Monitors and optimizes project margins and ensures quality and technical performance.
* Ensures long-term relationships with clients and partners are maintained.
* Provides feedback and contributes to continuous improvement.
In the context of 3 Hazardous Medical Waste (HMW) treatment facilities currently under construction in Jeddah, Riyadh and Dammam, the COO will be responsible for the entire Execution & Operation at Project Company (JV) level including but not limited to the Plants’ management supported by the Plant Managers and the coordination of the various stakeholders in compliance with contractual terms.
He ensures the proper execution of the infrastructure and its subsequent operation by limiting associated risks and ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualification needed:
Higher education from an engineering school.
Significant experience in treatment infrastructure project management.
