What will I be doing? 🤔

  • Manage end-to-end API integration projects with important clients in Spain, ensuring successful implementation and seamless technical integration through cross-department collaboration.
  • Collaborate closely with the Partnership team on strategic project and integrations across the 6 countries we operate in.
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for internal teams and external partners, offering expert guidance on technical matters throughout the entire sales cycle.
  • Proactively troubleshoot and address any detected issues during the integration process, escalating when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
  • Advocate for team needs internally, working closely with Product, Development, Commercial, and Account Management teams to ensure effective communication and alignment.
  • Contribute to our OKRs and make impactful contributions towards both company-wide goals and enhanced team efficiency.
  • Mentor, guide, and provide technical expertise to other team members.
  • What do we need from you? 😎

  • Experience in a client-facing technical role such as Pre-Sales Engineer, Technical Account Manager, Integrations Specialist, Technical Project Manager, or similar.
  • Experience in managing technical projects such as API integrations or similar.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences, whether technical or non-technical.
  • Experience in handling challenging discussions and addressing client objections.
  • Experience managing complex enterprise-level technical projects that demand effective cross-team cooperation.
  • The stuff you wanna know 😉

  • Family-friendly work-life balance - hybrid work from home and flexible hours 🏡
