The position

Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as Customer Operations Manager, in charge of supporting our clients in their day-to-day usage of our services as well as providing key data for the team efficiency: maintaining the quality of the data provided, optimising the settings of Streem data models and services for each user, and ensuring internal data efficiency.

The customer operations team is at the core of Streem’s business, constantly liaising between our tech team, our product manager and our clients and commercials. The role is a great entry point to evolve toward a product management or an operation career.


Customer operations

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing support before, during, and after the deployment of Streem Energy’s solutions

  • Monitor the Streem data quality overall to detect potential bugs and issues

  • Establish a deep understanding of our clients’ business objectives, requirements, and KPIs.

  • Act as a strategic partner to our clients, advising them on best practices and identifying opportunities to optimise their use of our solutions.

  • Reports clients needs and product feedback to ensure continuous improvement of our service

  • Answer clients requests in a timely and accurate manner, always looking for simple and automated solutions to complex problems

Performance analysis

  • Define and implement new KPIs to measure team and business performance

  • Create and maintain dashboards for the team operational performance

  • Develop new tools to improve team operational performance

  • Automate processes to increase team & business efficiency

Preferred experience

  • A previous internship experience as an analyst, consultant and/or customer support in the SaaS or energy industry would be appreciated.

  • Strong analytical and technical skills with an ability to define, analyse, challenge or be challenged on complex dataset. Some knowledge of data collection and analysis tools are expected with a strong willingness to learn and improve in this area

  • Strong interest for the renewable energy market and the green transition (previous experience in the energy market would be a plus)

  • Excellent communication skills in both English and French, with a demonstrated ability to communicate with clients at all levels and to solve problems effectively

  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail

  • The candidate has to be based in France in order to cover - among others - the french renewable energy market.
