Job description
- Create and maintain optimal data pipeline architecture
- Build the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources using SQL and ‘Big Data’ technologies
- Work with stakeholders to assist with data-related technical issues and support data infrastructure needs
- Enable and ship complex services and architectures with exceptional quality on a regular, rapid cadence.
- Become a valued member of an autonomous, cross-functional team.
Preferred experience
- You have a first experience as a Data Engineer designing, developing and optimizing strong and flexible data pipelines, architectures and data management strategies.
- You have working knowledge of message queuing, stream processing, and highly scalable “Big Data” data stores.
- You have advanced SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases as well as working familiarity with a variety of databases.
- You have a great ability to learn, and you are eager to expand your areas of expertise.
- You have a strong quality mindset and care for the overall performance of the product.
