Part of the strategic decisions of our company, your role will be to implement pricing models aimed at maximizing revenue while maintaining our competitiveness. Your missions will be as follows:
Perform a comprehensive benchmark on current market trends and provide strategic plans accordingly ;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align the pricing levels with our business goals and the market demands ;
Conduct regular strategy reviews and adjustments ;
Analyze our parks’ performance on a regular basis, evaluate the past and challenge the future ;
Carry out analyzes in order to better understand the performance of every action implemented ;
Provide regular feedback and reports to the management board on market conditions and pricing effectiveness, establishing KPIs for revenue metrics ;
Stay informed about the real estate regulations to ensure pricing strategy complies with our countries’ regulatory requirements.
You have a higher degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in pricing, revenue or yield management.
You have a high proficiency in data monitoring tools and market research methods. Knowledge of real estate regulations and its compliance standards would be appreciated. You are fluent in English (B2/C1 level).
