Bastien is a post-sales manager on the West Plate of PARIS.

He joined the Group 8 years ago on a rotating basis, discovered the trades of commercial advisor service, team leader for post-sales assistant chief before finally taking the post of post chief after sales for a team of 40 people.

Management is at the heart of its business, as is the business side.

Camille began her career in the company 7 years ago as a business assistant.

She continued as a Commercial Consultant Used Vehicles, then pricey and finally buyer. Today, Camille is Head of Digital Sales Used Vehicles and New Vehicles in Marseille.

She manages a team of 7 sales people.

Flavio joined the company alternately over 8 years ago. Today, he is one of our best technicians. His position is central to the workshop.

Marlène is alternating within the group on the site of Marseille. She holds the position of "videochecker", a new emerging profession of the group that consists in filming the vehicle during its pre-repair expertise in order to communicate in complete transparency about the work to be planned on the vehicles of the customers before drawing up the quote.

A graduate of the Stockholm School of Economics, Valerie began as a consultant and then joined Groupe PSA. She enjoyed marketing, first through communication and advertising and then broadened it with the product and commercial offer. Over the years, she has held various marketing positions in several European countries and for a little more than 2 years now she heads the Marketing and Digital Global department of the Retail Group. What drives him on a daily basis is the evolution of marketing and the constant challenges. The global trend of digitalization has transformed marketing and automotive retail must reinvent the customer experience. The work of marketing is to support this new customer experience, both in digital and in concession.

Sébastien began almost 20 years ago in the Peugeot subsidiary of Nantes where he worked as a mechanic. He chose this company in relation to the values it conveyed in society: the proximity to the customer, the affordability and the possibility of evolution. Through his desire to make progress, the company offered him the opportunity to evolve and from one end to the next he held various positions until today he held the position of APV Director for France. He was able to acquire all his skills thanks to the support of the company which provided him with the necessary training.

In the post-sales period, the profiles of Technician Expert are actively sought out. Indeed, the technological changes and technological changes we are experiencing are forcing us to adapt.

These skilled profiles are rare because they are unknown. Yet they are essential for the organization of an after-sales service and will have to represent in a few years from now almost 70% of our after-sales population. Videochecker is also a new business in our after-sales services. This allows for better contact and understanding between the customer and the technician.
