At Colive, we create vibrant, community-driven living spaces for young professionals across Europe. With over 15 years of experience operating coliving residences, we currently manage 700+ rooms in cities like Brussels, Lille, Lisbon, and Paris, with more to come.
Our mission is to build thriving communities in major European cities, fostering human connections while providing comfortable, high-standard private living spaces.
We are looking for a versatile, hands-on profile with some experience, ready to join our headquarters team in Brussels and take care of our Colive houses across Belgium, making sure they run smoothly every day.
Supervise and coordinate maintenance
Supervise and coordinate day-to-day house operations
Manage incoming maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution
Conduct regular property check
Supplier & Vendor Management
Research, negotiate, and coordinate with service providers (cleaning companies, insurers, technicians, etc.)
Place orders for necessary supplies and materials
Resident Relations & Customer Service
Act as the first point of contact for residents, ensuring smooth communication and high satisfaction
Represent Colive’s values and commitment to a high-quality living experience
New Property Openings
Assist in launching new Colive houses and setting up operational processes
You enjoy human interaction
You’re fluent in French & English (spoken and written)
You’re proactive, organized, and problem-solver who can anticipate and resolve issues efficiently
Action-oriented and enjoy taking initiative
You’ve a customer-centric & business-oriented approach, able to manage relationships with tenants, team and service providers
