Our product is at the heart of the value proposition of bloomflow. Already used by thousands of users in more than 80 countries, our product will scale even further: the employees of our current customers (more than 5 million people) and of our future customers (to go along our growth) are potential users to be activated for future product bricks to be invented.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible of a whole part of our product. You will handle all the Product Management activities on this topic (understanding of business and technical needs, roadmap creation, delivery management, etc.). Your main objective will be to ensure that we deliver at scale and at all time the best value possible to our users in their work.
You will report to the Head of product in a team of 3 Product Managers and 1 Product Designer.
Co-create and communicate (internally and externally) of our product strategy and roadmap with stakeholders (customers, prospects, sales team, customer success team, technical team, designers etc.), gathering as many insights as required along with technical and business needs
Make sure all stakeholders understand and embrace it through your engaging communication.
Work closely with Product Designers and engineers to come up with the best solution to address your users’ pain points
Turn your roadmap into a backlog, organize and prioritize everything with your team, and explain the rationale behind it to all partners, stakeholders, and to the team
Ensure that all products shipped on your scope are bug-free and work on a smooth transition for our users (enterprise context)
Conduct research autonomously to identify core problems and build concrete solutions
Analyse features performance and generate insights about your product

3-5 years experience building successful software products
An experience within the field of product management at a B2B SaaS high-growth startup / an Enterprise B2B SaaS company
Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written, English and French)
Capability of understanding, articulating and prioritizing the business value of tasks
Deep understanding of the tech industry and the world of B2B SaaS, Enterprise software and Innovation
