The position

Job description

Integrated within the Product Adoption team, in direct relation with all Splio entities and countries, and actively participating to internal meetings, the Product Adoption apprentice will have the following responsibilities:

• Translating educational resources from English to French, Italian and Spanish for Splio customers and employees on various formats: recording videos, creating e-learning modules (using 360Learning), developing interactive content on Genially, writing product documentation on Zendesk…

• Gathering fields questions and comments to enrich our knowledge database

• Contributing to define our platform wording

You’ll be dealing with some of the following topics:

-email marketing

-acquisition and customer loyalty

-data management

-mobile technology

Locations:

-Apprenticeship : Paris

-Internship (6 months minimum) : Barcelona


Preferred experience

You are doing university in foreign languages or a business school with an international scope? You want to join a growing digital company? You’d like to contribute to the development of our academy and be part of a European team? You’d like to discover knowledge management?

• Fluency in French and English (written and spoken)

• Proficiency in Spanish and Italian (written)

• Good editorial skills

• Well-organized and able to handle several projects simultaneously

• Interest in educational & learning topics

• You have a great sense of service and are a team player
