Within our R&D and in direct connection with the senior Scrum Master, for a period of 6 months, you are responsible for the application of the agile Scrum methodology. With your engineering background, you are able to participate in product functional and technical discussions during the development process. You facilitate the daily work of the R&D teams in a process of continuous improvement by leading the various rituals, promoting interactions and reducing impediments.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES:

Guarantee the correct application of the Scrum methodology :

• You are responsible for the method, respect for principles, values and agile practices

• You coach the development team in terms of self-organization and multidisciplinarity

• You train the teams in agile practices

• You animate the different Scrum events (Daily meetings, Sprint Review, Retrospectives, Poker Plannings, Backlog Refinements)

• You setup a Visual Management to ensure the transparency of the team work progress

Facilitate work on a daily basis :

• You remove impediments to the progress of the development team

• You protect the teams from interruptions

• You promote communication and decision-making

• You facilitate communication between the various stakeholders

• You ensure the implementation of actions in a continuous improvement mindset

Implementing tools for teams :

• You administer and animate the project monitoring platforms (Jira, Confluence, Gitlab)

• You use the existing tools to facilitate the monitoring of work, the quality of deliverables and the application of good practices

• You improve the tools at your disposal and seek to optimize the various processes

Knowledge & Skills :

• Master the theoretical aspects of Scrum and know how to put them into practice

• Have technical and business knowledge to facilitate communication between Research & Development and Product teams

• Have a good knowledge of the Jira / Confluence suite

• Fluent in technical English
