Job description

As we are transforming our ways of working and rebuilding our People Team, we are hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager.

As a critical member of the People team, you’ll own the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of business and tech roles.

You’ll partner closely with hiring managers and leadership, ensuring we attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent who thrive in our fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll play a key role in shaping our employer brand and candidate experience, helping to scale Spendesk as we grow across Europe and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Drive recruitment for multiple business and tech roles, managing sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer, and onboarding processes.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Guide and advise hiring managers, developing tailored hiring strategies while promoting best practices and diversity hiring.
  • Candidate Experience: Champion a positive, authentic, and inclusive candidate journey, from first contact to onboarding.
  • Employer Branding: Collaborate with the People and Marketing teams to showcase our unique culture and values, helping Spendesk stand out to top talent.
  • Process Optimization: Implement and improve more efficient recruitment processes , leveraging data and feedback to drive efficiency and quality.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay on top of talent trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity, sharing insights with the team and leadership.
  • DE&I Initiatives: Actively contribute to our diversity, equity & inclusion efforts, ensuring an equitable recruitment process for all candidates.
  • What we're looking for

  • Experience: 3+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally in a high-growth tech or SaaS environment.
  • Ownership: Proven ability to manage multiple searches at once, with strong project management and prioritization skills.
  • Business Partner: Experience working directly with hiring managers and senior leaders, advising on best practices and building trust.
  • Candidate Champion: Obsessed with delivering a great candidate experience and representing the Spendesk brand.
  • Growth Mindset: Curious, solutions-oriented, and always looking to improve and innovate.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (French is a plus).
  • Team Player: Collaborative, positive, and eager to contribute to a supportive team environment.
