The position

Job description

We're seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our Revenue Operations team. As our main SFDC expert, you'll be instrumental in driving operational excellence through system optimization, cross-functional collaboration, and AI innovation. This role combines technical expertise with strategic thinking to support our rapidly scaling business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the administration and optimization of our Salesforce instance & different modules
  • Manage integrations with key tools (e.g. Hubspot, Modjo, Lemlist, Vitally)
  • Translate business requirements into effective Salesforce workflows
  • Drive AI implementation initiatives within Salesforce
  • Ensure data quality and system performance
  • Provide training, enablement and support to end users
  • Manage security, access controls, and compliance -
  • Lead cross-functional projects requiring stakeholder collaboration
  • What we're looking for

  • Minimum 4 years experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Proven experience managing complex cross-functional projects
  • Experience managing external consultants and vendors
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud configuration and customization
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce automation tools (Flows, Process Builder)
  • Experience with API integrations and data management
  • Proficiency in reporting and analytics
  • Excellent project management capabilities
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Proactive and autonomous work style
