Organization and methodologies

Sogelink

Our tech teams work with agile methodologies inspired by Scrum and Kanban, adapting rituals to their specific needs. We operate in cross-functional squads that are autonomous and fully responsible for their functional scope (Dev, Scrum Master, Product, QA, Sys, and DevOps support).

Key rituals include: Daily stand-up meetings for coordination; Poker planning and sprint reviews to refine developments ; Pair programming and code reviews to ensure quality and foster continuous learning.

We follow SAFe cycles: every 10 weeks, we run five 2-week sprints, including:

  • One sprint dedicated to technical topics (refactoring, architecture, testing, tooling)

  • A demo day open to the entire group

  • A planning day to align on what's next

This setup drives continuous improvement, collaboration, and value delivery across all tech teams.

Projects and tech challenges

Sogelink

The rapid growth of our group and the continuous expansion of our product portfolio drive us to tackle ambitious technological challenges.

In recent months, our teams have been working on several key initiatives:

  • Migration to Angular 19 and upgrade of our dev/test stacks

  • Overhaul of CI/CD pipelines toward continuous delivery

  • Adoption of a monorepo to streamline cross-project delivery

  • Widespread implementation of automated testing (Cypress, Gherkin)

  • Scalable microservices architecture orchestrated with Kubernetes

  • Gradual deployment of FaaS (Function as a Service) components

  • Introduction of AI tooling for internal and business use cases

  • Cloud-agnostic strategy: progressive decoupling from AWS

These projects are supported by regular POCs and a company culture that actively embraces innovation.

  2. A second, more in-depth interview with your future manager and your recruitment contact to discuss your background and the opportunity in detail.

  3. A technical meeting with one of our experts to introduce you to our tech environment and assess your skill level.

  4. A final meeting with our Head of Engineering and our HR Manager.
