The Opportunity:
This is a key role working closely with the CEO and the Office of the CEO team. You will drive strategy topics that bring positive ROI for the company. You will be part of a squad truly dedicated to materializing scale of Dedale, leading by example and fostering transformational impact to the company
Your Responsibility
Work directly with the CEO to drive strategic initiatives across multiple business verticals including Commercial, Marketing, Legal, Strat, CorpDev, FP&A, Marketing, US entry, People, etc
Lead business case development for new growth initiatives, process improvements, and operational efficiencies.
Prepare board-level reporting and documentation, investor materials, and strategic project updates.
Coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment between strategy, operations, and executive leadership.
Analyze business performance data and KPIs and continuously track it with the mindset “What you don’t track you cannot monitor” to identify insights and improvement opportunities.
Serve as a strategic sparring partner to the CEO, offering critical thought leadership on company priorities.
Proactively identify areas for operational optimization and implement recommendations.
Build and maintain project plans, track progress, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery of strategic initiatives.
Your Qualifications
Strong track record of operational and strategic leadership and delivering measurable results
5-7 years of experience in top-tier management consulting
Entrepreneurial mindset with experience leading business growth or expansion
Smart and strategic, but a real hands-on operator
Clear, effective communicator with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable working independently in fast-paced environments with a sense of urgency
Experienced in building and developing high-performing teams
Data-driven, with strong analytical and decision-making skills
Able to deliver impact quickly
