PUPORSE

The Service Technician is responsible for carrying out repairs, maintenance, and service to the complete range of Socomec and Third-Party UPS Systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Support

• Preventative maintenance to complete range of Socomec products and third-party products
• Commissioning of Socomec and supporting products on site
• Phone and on-site support
• Fault finding on entire range of equipment, both on site and workshops, service work within premises
• Repairs to stock equipment
• Technical product support to the sales engineer to assist with project sales
• Service and commissioning Reports
• 24/7 Customer Service weekly roster

Customer Relations

• Liaise with customers, ability to sell yourself and to promote service work in a professional sales manner
• Promote Socomec CIM Contracts and consumable replacements to customers

REQUIREMENTS

• Licensed Electrician (Electrical Contractors Licence – VIC A Grade )
• UPS, Critical Power, HVAC or Service related industry experience is preferred
