What if companies had informed, engaged, and influential employees sharing their experiences across social media?

Work with the sales representatives and other stakeholders to support the day-to-day operational management of moving transactions through the sales process; starting as leads and eventually converting to customers,
Management of support cases submitted by sales reps and managers,
Own and participate in long-term projects aimed at improving internal efficiency or sales rep productivity, and performance
Training and enabling sales reps to be more effective in their product knowledge, systems / Tooling use and process,
Build a strong internal network of experts and resources that can help drive effective change

Important information before applying :
End of studies internship (can be transformed in a permanent contract)
Based in Paris
Open to work remotely (2-3 days/week)

You are at the end of your studies (Master’s Degree in Marketing / Sales / Business / Entrepreneurship or Economy)
Strong analytical and communication skills,
Important attention to detail,
Experience in using a CRM (ex: Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Salesforce)
A first experience in a support, consulting, or analytical role would be appreciated
