Your mission 👇

Our Legal team is the primary legal partner for Smart’s business leaders across the globe. Team members provide regulatory support and advices and grow in a fast-paced and complex environment. This new position reports to the Global Head of Legal based in Paris.

Key day-to-day responsibilities ✍️

-Commercial agreements: You will assist in the review review service agreements (Adserving and RTB etc.) and NDAs, You will help with the auditing of existing agreements to create a smart mapping of company contract base.
-Data Privacy: GDPR compliance, keeping internal registers up to date, collaborating with teams to improve the compliance process, reviewing data processing agreements.
-Supplier Contracts: You will assist with the review process of supplier contracts
-Corporate: Assist with organisation of board, shareholders’s meetings, shares transfer, keep corporate registers updated.
-Legal updates. You will be asked to feed the legal team on a weekly basis with updates on IT and privacy law updates: EU regulations, case law, public guidance; contract law, privacy and related laws.
-Take part into long-term legal projects


Preferred experience

About you 💪

Minimum Qualifications

  • Master Degree in Business Law
  • Experience as a Legal Counsel in a digital environment
  • Comfortable with data privacy regulations and laws
  • Ability to deal with many projects simultaneously and build strong relationships with all business and departments leaders
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to details
  • Fluency in French & English (both written and spoken)
