Your mission 👇

• Advice, help and provide technical support to all employees worldwide
• Be the first point of contact for internal software and hardware requests
• Manage new employee on-boarding program for IT specific needs
• Deploy new devices configuration (laptops and mobile phones)
• Inventory and maintain IT asset data
• Manage hosted applications (Google Apps…)
• Assist in writing and implementing IT process and policy

About you 💪

• You are preparing an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (systems, network, security)
• You feel comfortable helping people and investigating to solve problems in a fast-paced environment
• You are familiar with various OS (WIN 10, MacOS, Linux) and Windows Servers (2012 R2, AD, DHCP, DNS, GPO)
• You have understanding of network and security best practices in the corporate environment
• You are eager to learn
• You demonstrate strong customer service skills
• Fluent English is a plus
