Job description

Why join us?

This is a unique opportunity to work within the dynamic fintech industry, where you can develop your own network and become an expert.

We are looking for a Partnerships leader based in our Paris headquarter to lead our Partnerships team, which is part of the Go To Market/Revenue Generation Team led by the Chief Revenue Officer.

Your mission

Reporting to the CRO, you will be a key leader in the Go-to-Market/Revenue Generation Team. Your mission is to:

  • Craft, own and maintain SlimPay’s partnership strategy
  • Develop a network of partners including tech stack providers (billing, CRM, commerce, etc.), fulfillment or payment gateways, integrators and consultants.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities referred or influenced by partners to drive revenue growth.
  • Enrich SlimPay’s offering with partnership modules that deliver further value to our merchants.
  • Manage directly our partnership portfolio and partner-led pipeline in France and Northern Europe.

Your main responsibilities

Organisational aspects

  • Over time, build and manage a European-based team of partners sales representatives.
  • Develop scalable processes to manage partnerships and integrations.
  • Communicate and collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product, engineering, marketing, sales and legal.
  • Define and track success metrics with focus on partner-led/influenced growth.

Strategy and partnership portfolio

  • In conjunction with the leadership team, define our partnership strategy and own its execution, with the expected outcome of driving revenue growth.
  • Manage the portfolio of partners: foster and scale relations with existing partners at senior level, close new partners in alignment with the company strategy, measure performance and rationalise portfolio.
  • Define the long-term vision for each partnership. Continuously track and report on its success.

Partner enablement

  • Maintain direct and active relationships with partners, serving as an internal advocate to inform improvements to product roadmap and sales or delivery.
  • Be the go-to person for partners’ day-to-day needs, proactively resolving issues and taking responsibility for the details and not just the big picture.
  • Influence the product strategy: suggest key partners to strengthen SlimPay value proposition, define key functionalities our partners require, and participate in setting priorities.
  • Orchestrate the partnership marketing plan and its execution with the Marketing team. Work with partners and marketing to identify and execute co-marketing opportunities.

Pipeline

  • Represent SlimPay at industry events and dedicated partner events.
  • Ensure regular review of opportunities with partners.
  • Create strong relationships between partners and sales executives in order to drive partner-sourced revenues.
  • Work closely with sales to ensure opportunities are handed over at the right time and facilitate deal closure.

What are the perks of working at SlimPay?

  • Breakfast on Fridays
  • Flex office/Home office
  • Ticket restaurant card
  • Monthly afterwork
  • Team-building events like yoga or escape game
  • Monthly All Hands meetings (#sharemoreknowmore)
  • Weekly Tech Demos
  • And much more!

Preferred experience

Who You Are

  • You are a self-starter who takes initiatives with the hunger to achieve great results.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly distill key insights.
  • Highly collaborative with a mindset of excellence and rigor.
  • Team player who enjoys working with a European team based in different offices.
  • A good communicator with strong listening and writing skills.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of growing sell-through revenues.
