The position

Job description

  • Define the CofaServe roadmap with the offer’s business analysts: content and prioritization
  • Be the main point of contact for CofaServe related topics towards internal stakeholders (CofaServe Business Analysts, Coface APIs product owners from other domains, Coface Solution Engineers, members of the innovation /connectivity team and Coface executives), and ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Regularly engage with external stakeholders including clients, brokers, partners and third-party developers to gather feedback and understand their needs
  • Communicate CofaServe updates and changes to internal and external stakeholders through release notes or Coface API portal’s updates, then supervise the go-to-market work in the various countries of the Group
  • Develop and maintain a clear and comprehensive offer documentation: integration instructions, contracts, internal trainings, brochures…
  • Monitor metrics (such as usage and adoption) and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support overall business strategy by identifying, prioritizing, and implementing new features, as well as potential changes/enhancements, to ensure the competitiveness of Coface’s offering
  • Stay updated on industry standards, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements that may impact API development and usage

Preferred experience

  • Minimum 5-year experience as Product Manager, preferably with a focus on APIs
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business
  • Proven strong experience in multinational projects
  • Good oral and written communication, both in French and English.
  • Basic knowledge of API management concepts and tools (Yaml, Swagger, Postman collections, AWS API Gateway), and industry standards (SOAP/XML, REST/JSON, Oauth)
  • Good project management skills including tasks prioritization, meeting deadlines, and managing multiple subjects simultaneously
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing a flawless and regular work with marketing, commercial and technical teams, both locally and at HQ level
  • Analytical capabilities to build reports and analyze data to provide insights on the product’s usage and performance
