SiPearl is building the European high-performance low-power microprocessor dedicated to supercomputing and AI inference. This new generation of microprocessors will first target EuroHPC Joint Undertaking ecosystem, which is deploying world-class supercomputing infrastructures in Europe for solving major challenges in medical research, security, energy management and climate with a reduced environmental footprint.
SiPearl is working in close collaboration with its 30 partners from the European Processor Initiative (EPI) consortium - leading names from the scientific community, supercomputing centres and industry - which are its stakeholders, future clients and end-users.
SiPearl employs more than 190 people in France (Maisons-Laffitte, Grenoble, Massy, Sophia Antipolis), Germany (Duisburg) and Spain (Barcelona).
Analog and Mixed-mode design Expert is a critical technical position in a fabless IC design house that is responsible for the Knowledge and the Quality of the analog designs and mixed-mode designs in modern digital chips.
She/he reports to CTO directly and as part of CTO office member. For the Technical responsibility, she/he will overlook ; and report to CTO for the Technical responsibility to build the complete Technology roadmap.

Responsibilities 🎯
1) Define and execute SiPearl Analog and mixed mode technology roadmap as part of the global technology roadmap based on SiPearl product roadmap, by working with internal SoC architects for the requirements, and externally with technology suppliers.
2) Build the knowledge database of analog technology that are relevant to SiPearl product vision, with special attention to
3) Report and present the technical vision internally and present SiPearl vision externally for her/his responsibility.
4) As the lead Analog architect, Define and help to define Product Architecture for the analog and mixed mode relevant part, including but not limited to analog components, mixed mode components, chip-level power distribution and regulation, chip-level clock distribution and generation.
5) Define and Help to define the Requirement, Review and Qualify external licensed components for the analog and mixed-mode design part.
6) Define and Setup internal mixed-mode design, simulation, and verification workflow.
7) Define and Review the and design services for the analog and mixed-mode design part.
8) Work with external research and collaborations to develop the required mixed mode technology ecosystem.
9) Support corporate sales and marketing activities for customer projects for the analog expertise.
