Your Mission: Help Us Find the World’s Best Artists

We are seeking a Web Marketing & Data Analyst Intern to fuel the growth of our artist community. Working directly with the Artist Acquisition team, you will play a key role in identifying high-potential artists and improving our lead generation engine.


What You’ll Do

🧠 Lead generation & strategy

  • Identify international sources of potential artists in collaboration with the team (directories, search engines, marketplaces, art schools, fairs, etc.)

  • Contribute to the strategy and segmentation of artist leads by region and profile

📊 Data preparation & enrichment

  • Structure, clean, and enrich artist data for integration into our Data base & CRM

  • Ensure data accuracy (contact info, location, medium, social media, etc.)

  • Maintain data quality through systematic checks and tools

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Freelancer coordination

  • Manage a team of international freelancers in charge of data scraping and manual collection

  • Define priorities, control quality, and ensure smooth operations

🧩 Tooling & optimization

  • Contribute to improving scraping frameworks and lead scoring models

  • Collaborate with Marketing to ensure smooth CRM integration and campaign readiness

🌍 Insights & reporting

  • Analyze data coverage and lead generation performance per geography

  • Provide actionable insights to help scale acquisition strategies


Preferred experience

What We’re Looking For

Fluent in English (written & spoken) – daily work in English

✅ Master’s degree in data, marketing, digital business, or equivalent

✅ Strong interest in data marketing, CRM, or lead generation

✅ Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets (SQL, Python or HubSpot is a plus)

✅ Excellent organizational and communication skills

✅ Reliable, autonomous, and quality-driven

✅ Bonus: interest in art, marketplaces, or creative industries
