Balthasart is where up-and-coming artists and the next generation of collectors meet. It is a SaaS solution, aiming to help artists reach their full potential.

We are looking for a Customer Support Project Manager to ensure that our artists have the best experience with our platform.

 

The internship will start in as soon as possible and for a duration of 6 months.

Testing & Learning is always on the agenda with us.

This job contains a guaranteed variety of activities, with many challenges. We also give you an insight into a number of interesting departments! We are looking for an ambitious person that wants to participate in the growth of a high-potential start-up.

Your responsabilities

  • Delivering a high-quality and timely resolution to the inbound requests from artists via email and phone
  • Deploying scalable actions to make artists happier and increase NPS (to give you some examples what has been done in the past: newsletters, automated e-mails, creation of a community, Instagram strategy..)
  • Managing artwork shipments from artists to clients (logistics)
  • Your skills

  • Passionate about customer relations: you are known for your human qualities and your excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Precise and organized: you are a structured thinker. You are able to prioritize your tasks but you can also jump from one task to another
  • Problem solver: you are implied in projects and find solutions thanks to your creativity
  • Proactive: you understand that small actions can have a big impact. You have a strong test & learn spirit and are able to implement new ideas in a fast-paced environment
  • Your background

  • You have had first hands-on experience working in the field of customer service
  • Fluency in English and French or German or Italian is a must - any other language is a big plus
