We are looking for a Data-driven Marketer / Web Marketer / Growth Hacker to accelerate the development of our product portfolio.
In direct relation with the Marketing and Sales teams, you will oversee definition and implementation of the strategic plan in the scope of the AARRR model:
• Acquisition: attracting customers to the product.
• Activation: transform these customers into users.
• Retention: retain users over the long term.
• Referral: activate word of mouth between users.
• Revenue: grow business revenue.

More specifically, it will include the following tasks:
• automating leads generation with scraping;
• implementing tools to track AARRR metrics
• analyzing data from marketing campaigns;
• drawing recommendations from data analysis to improve our product, marketing approaches, processes and working methods;
• technological scouting.


Preferred experience

With a master’s degree in IT and marketing, you have at least 5 years of experience in growth hacking / data marketing / web marketing and more particularly in fast-growing companies.
You are able to develop computer programs to automate lead generation and marketing data collection.
You know how to analyze the data collected from email campaigns, organic and paid traffic to recommend marketing actions.
You have a good culture of marketing, growth hacking and Agile / Scrum, Lean Startup development methods.
You like to work in a team and share your expertise.
You have a strong interest in maritime business development and new technologies.
You are passionate about emerging trends and creative excellence.
You like to look at things from different angles and challenge the way things are done.
Experience in an English-speaking country is a plus.
