We are looking for a Back-End Developer to accelerate our platform’s development. In direct relation with the CEO, you will engage with the product team. You will be in charge of:

• Design and Back-End development of the big-data platform in close collaboration with Frond-End Developers, AI Experts, Data Scientists and UX Designers;
• Involvement in the complete development cycle (specification, design, code, tests, integration, DevOps) ;
• Documentation of the different stages of development ;
• Maintenance of platform releases ;
• Technological watch on Back-End development tools.

The current stack:

• Java 8, Spring Boot for the Back-end
• Angular 9, Bootstrap 4 for the Front-End
• Google and Amazon cloud stack
• MySQL, BigQuery for the persistence layer
• Jenkins, Maven for DevOps
• Kafka for data connectors
• Python / R

With a master’s degree in IT, you have at least 5 years of experience in Back-End development in a fast-growing company.

• You master Java and the Spring Boot framework.
• You master Kafka to create and manage a set of connectors.
• You master the entire product development process from specification to production.
• You have a good culture of Agile / Scrum development methods.
• You are sensitive to DevOps issues.
• You like to work in a team and share your expertise.
• Passionate about your job, you are concerned about developing well-designed applications that are easy to maintain … Quality matters!
  Optionnal:
• A successful experience in the cloud (Google, Amazon or Azure) would be greatly appreciated.
