Job description

SightCall is seeking a Solution Architect for the EMEA. The Solution Architect team is responsible for all the
technical needs of our growing client base. As a Solution Architect, you’ll engage clients after signature to ensure they are technically on-boarded correctly – but also will be the main point of contact to scope and explain
everything that is possible with SightCall’s integration, Micro-service capabilities and Digital Flows.

  • Work hand in hand with our CSM team to onboard new clients so that they have a seamless and error free experience with SightCall
  • Will be responsible for engaging with our clients to understand complex technical requirements, provide
    accurate scoping of engagements, and drive billable projects.
  • Technical account manager for SightCall’s most strategic customer in Germany.
  • Build strong relationships with CSM’s, SE’s, and AE’s
  • Leverage not only the Developers in Paris – but as much as possible utilize the technical resources we’re
    hiring in the SA org to develop and deliver custom projects for our customers.
  • Lead projects that require complex technical configuration on our product features such as AI,
  • Microservice customization, and Appointment API functionality, as well as many more features.
  • Be available to the Sales Organization to help build confidence with Potential clients that we can serve their integration and customization needs.
  • Document and articulate solution architecture and lessons learned from engagements that will benefit the rest of the team.

  • Engineering background.
  • Self-starter that is highly creative in assembling different tools, able to manage and prioritize effectively.
  • Able to switch quickly between different modes of thinking and tasks.
  • Ability to innovate toolsets to make the team and clients more effective.
  • Experience with REST API development usage.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment.
  • Willingness to assist other teams inside and outside of the CS organization.
  • Enjoy working in international/multicultural environment.
