You‘ll make a difference by:

• Maintaining Internal Finance Tools and Supporting Admins: You'll play a vital role in keeping our internal finance tools up and running smoothly while providing essential support to our administrative team.
• Processing Special Discounts for Different Regions: Your attention to detail will ensure the accurate processing of special discounts tailored to various regions, contributing directly to our global growth strategy.
• Monthly Preparation of Provisions: Each month, you'll be responsible for preparing provisions, a critical aspect of our financial planning and forecasting efforts.
• Checking Status of Costs: You'll diligently monitor the status of costs, helping us maintain financial stability and efficiency across the organization.
• Preparing Ad-hoc Reports: Your ability to swiftly generate ad-hoc reports will provide valuable insights for strategic decision-making, empowering us to adapt and thrive in a dynamic business environment.

Your success is grounded in:

• Preferably, your current studies in Economics, Finance, Business, or related fields.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (vlookup, pivot table, sumif)
• Experience with controlling and SAP is an advantage (but not mandatory).
• English for daily business communication (German is advantageous).
