The role of Marketing Project Manager is to help us deliver successful marketing projects to our clients. The person is responsible for providing project marketing management support and guidance to our customers.

Tasks

• Work closely with the customers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, budgets, issues, and status reports for projects in marketing
• Facilitating project meetings and workshops
• Ensure that all the projects are carried out as smoothly and in high quality
• Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with both clients and internal suppliers

Skills / Experience:

• A degree (e.g., Bachelor, Master) in business, marketing, industrial engineering, or a related field
• At least 2 years of work experience ideally in project marketing
• General knowledge of marketing concepts and methodologies
• Experience in supporting projects
• Curious and fast learner
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and networking skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities.
• Communicating effectively with stakeholders, sponsors, team members, on marketing & sales project objectives, deliverables, expectations, and progress
• Fluent in English and can explain complex topic in an engageable way, fluent in German is a plus
