Job description
You are passionate about the mobile world and the iOS ecosystem, experienced in Swift development and want to participate in the development of a leading application.
You will join a great technical team, with experienced developers who can help you to progress and younger ones that you can coach. Developers are based in Paris & in the US, QA is based in Bangalore (India). You’ll be based in Paris and need to speak French.
Your missions will be varied
- Implementing new features and interfaces, on the mobile application and SDK
- Technical refactoring and performance optimizing
- Contribute to Shopmium strategy and prioritization
Technologies used
You will find at Shopmium:
- Mobile side: iOS / Swift, Android / Java / Kotlin
- Server side: Ruby on Rails, React, Heroku
- State of the art frameworks: Retrofit, Rx, Glide, Lottie, Koin, …
- Teamwork: Jira, Git + pull requests & code reviews, Slack & Basecamp

Preferred experience
Your background
- Engineer or Bac+4/5 in computer science or self-taught with experience
- You have worked at least 3 years in software development and at least 2 years on Swift
Your skills
- You know perfectly the fundamentals of mobile development on Android (IDE, UI, WS calls, architecture, …).
- You are comfortable in English, both written and spoken (part of our team is English speaking)
- You have worked in agile methodology, with quality processes
Your personality
- You like to solve problems and lead complex projects
- You get satisfaction from producing elegant, documented and well-tested code
- You are able to organize yourself and solve problems independently, and at the same time, you enjoy working in a team to be more efficient and to help others progress
