The position

Job description

As part of the Global Marketing team, your role is to leverage the brand and deliver high-quality design. You will collaborate with different people in the company to make sure that Shipup stays a top-of-mind company and keeps the brand up to date design-wise. You will be the referent in terms of design, you will develop our in-house creative studio.

Your Key Responsibilities

Strategy

  • Continue to shape the brand identity, develop guidelines, and ensure consistency in every aspect of the company.

  • Develop our Podcast to reach recognition in our market. Being a top-of-mind when it comes to post-purchase.

  • Increase engagement and brand awareness on social media and beyond.

Operational

  • Work with the team to create innovative concepts and campaigns.

  • Support the Growth Marketing Manager by creating, and updating external campaigns and documents.

  • Lead design meetings and brainstorms to deliver high-quality designs for Field & acquisition events.

  • Be proactive and own projects to increase brand awareness and engagement through social media.

  • Supervise creative resources on daily workflow, assign project workload, and monitor deadlines and budgets, from freelancers to suppliers, etc.

  • Evaluate trends, assess new tools, and keep up-to-date with the latest innovations.

Meet the Team


Preferred experience

  • You have 3 to 4 years of experience in a similar position, or in the media or creative agency

  • You master the Adobe suite including, After Effect, and Premiere Pro.

  • You have a strong web culture and are the first to be informed about new graphics, design, tools, and trends.

  • Understanding of brand content, copy & storytelling.

  • Fluent level of English (verbal & written)

  • You are independent, proactive, and not afraid to take on responsibility and ownership.

  • Filming and production skills are a plus.
