The position

Job description

We are seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our growing team. You will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth within the European market. This role requires a proactive, results-oriented approach to building and maintaining relationships with key customers, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets.

Your missions

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the EMEA market and the competitive landscape

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target accounts

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture them

  • Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets

  • Work closely with the product, marketing, and CS teams to provide feedback on customer needs, market trends, and acquisition strategies.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Preferred experience

You could be a good fit if

  • +2 years of sales experience in SaaS companies, demonstrating a successful history of prospecting and closing deals

  • Fluency in English is required and proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.

  • Strong sales background and a proven ability to effectively apply the MEDDICC methodology.

  • You are known for your resilience and relentless drive for success, while also being open to learning and continuous growth, making you a coachable salesperson.

  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team

  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, combined with a level of empathy and adaptabality towards prospects and clients.
