SharkNinja continues to grow rapidly across North America, and this role will be critical in driving ambitious revenue, efficiency, and profitability goals in 2026 and beyond. As Performance Marketing Manager, you will own the end-to-end paid media strategy and performance analytics across our Shark and Ninja brands, overseeing media execution, measurement, budgeting, and forecasting.

This is a highly performance-led, commercially focused role. You will be responsible for determining where to invest the next best dollar, proving efficiency through robust analysis and forecasting, and continuously challenging “what good looks like” to unlock incremental growth across our DTC business. You will lead a high-performing media team while serving as a strategic thought partner to finance, analytics, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy, Performance & Financial Ownership

  • Define and own the paid media strategy for Mexico across Paid Social (Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, TikTok Shop, Meta Shop) and PPC (Search, Shopping, Display/Programmatic, YouTube).
  • Set channel-, category-, and brand-level strategies aligned to revenue, ROAS, cost efficiency, and contribution margin targets.
  • Own performance accountability versus forecast, with a focus on Revenue, ROAS, Cost %, and efficiency metrics.
  • Lead budget planning, pacing, forecasting, and reallocation decisions to maximize short- and long-term returns.
  • Establish Paid Search, Social and Display as scalable acquisition channels and grow their share of the overall revenue mix.

Execution, Optimization & Analysis

  • Oversee day-to-day campaign execution, optimization, and platform hygiene across all paid media channels.
  • Ensure the team applies a rigorous, data-driven approach to testing, automation, audience activation, and creative optimization.
  • Drive deep performance analysis to identify growth levers, efficiency opportunities, risks, and trade-offs.
  • Identify, test, and scale new opportunities across platforms, formats, audiences, and creative, integrating learnings into BAU activity.
  • Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and evolving platform capabilities to inform strategy.

Measurement, Reporting & Forecasting

  • Partner closely with Marketing Measurement, Analytics, and Finance teams to evolve tracking, attribution, and forecasting models.
  • Define and deliver clear, actionable reporting and insights on daily, weekly, and monthly performance versus KPIs and forecasts.
  • Provide forward-looking forecasts for ongoing media investment and new product launches.
  • Regularly present performance results, financial outlooks, and growth opportunities to senior stakeholders.
  • Continuously challenge assumptions using data, experimentation, and scenario planning.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Manage, mentor, and develop the paid media and performance analytics team, fostering a culture of accountability, learning, and continuous improvement.
  • Identify skill gaps and ensure training, upskilling, and career development plans are in place.
  • Manage agency and platform relationships (Google, Meta, TikTok, affiliates, etc.), including timelines, budgets, billing, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Performance Marketing, DTC/eCommerce, Digital Experience, Brand, Product Marketing, Research & Analytics, Commercial Finance, Trading, Conversion, Organic Social, and Influencer teams.
  • Ensure paid media efforts are fully integrated into broader omni-channel strategies.

About You

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience across Paid Media, including Paid Social and PPC (Google & Meta essential).
  • 3+ years of experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Agency experience preferred
  • Strong experience owning large media budgets and forecasts (e.g., $1M+/month).
  • Advanced analytical and data manipulation skills with a deep understanding of measurement, attribution, and performance drivers.
  • Proven ability to translate data into clear insights and commercial recommendations.
  • Experience working in an eCommerce or DTC environment is essential.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to influence cross-functional partners and senior stakeholders.
  • Proactive, curious, and motivated to test new ideas and challenge the status quo.
  • Fluency with Excel and Microsoft Office required; experience with BI tools (Looker/Data Studio), Google Analytics, SA360, and platform certifications (Google Ads/Bing) are advantageous.
