OVERVIEW:

The Paid Media Specialist – Mexico will play a key role in the day-to-day execution and optimization of SharkNinja’s paid media investment for the Mexican market, supporting profitable DTC growth across Paid Social and Paid Search channels.

This is a performance-driven, hands-on role focused on activating campaigns directly within platforms, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, and supporting revenue growth through sound measurement and optimization. You will work closely with local and North American stakeholders, agency partners, and cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are executed with excellence and tailored to the needs of the Mexican consumer.

This role is ideal for an early-career paid media professional looking to grow their experience across both social and search in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Media Execution & Optimization

  • Support day-to-day activation, optimization, and performance management of Paid Social (Meta, Instagram, TikTok) and Paid Search (Google, Bing) campaigns for the Mexico market.
  • Execute in-platform optimizations to meet revenue, ROAS, and efficiency targets across DTC categories.
  • Assist in scaling paid media investment by identifying growth opportunities, testing new tactics, and validating performance through data.
  • QA agency and partner work to ensure accuracy, consistency, and best-in-class execution.

Strategy Support & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Support the development and execution of paid media strategies tailored specifically to the Mexican market, aligned to brand, category, and full-funnel objectives.
  • Work closely with Paid Media Managers on day-to-day deliverables, priorities, and performance updates.
  • Partner with creative teams to deliver high-impact, platform-native creative, including briefing, feedback, approvals, trafficking, and performance reporting.
  • Collaborate with DTC, Digital Experience, Product Marketing, and Brand teams on promotional calendars, product launches, SKU assortments, and site updates.
  • Coordinate with other media channel owners to ensure paid social and paid search efforts are integrated into a cohesive omnichannel strategy.

Reporting, Insights & Market Intelligence

  • Own weekly and ad hoc reporting for brand and category performance, sharing insights with local and global stakeholders.
  • Analyze performance data using Excel and dashboards to identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities.
  • Monitor competitor activity, media spend, and creative approaches within the Mexican market to inform ongoing strategy.
  • Support campaign planning, budget pacing, billing, and timeline management with internal teams and agency partners.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of hands-on paid media experience, either brand-side or agency-side.
  • Direct in-platform experience with Paid Social and/or Paid Search platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, Bing Ads).
  • Experience in eCommerce or B2C marketing strongly preferred.
  • Foundational understanding of performance marketing principles, including ROAS-driven optimization and full-funnel media.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel; familiarity with BI tools or dashboards is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proactive, curious, and resourceful problem solver with a test-and-learn mindset.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and international teams.
  • Fluency in Spanish required; working proficiency in English preferred for collaboration with global teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Google Ads Search certification and experience with product feeds or feed management tools are a plus.

This role is based in Mexico City, with a hybrid onsite schedule.
