As part of our new corner in Florence, we are looking for our future Sales Assistant to deliver outstanding customer service and represent the Sessùn brand.
Job description :
Deliver an exceptional customer experience through personalized advice and upselling
Operate the cash register efficiently
Meet and exceed sales KPIs and targets
Develop and maintain the customer database (CRM)
Implement visual merchandising and the organisation of the front and back of the store, following Sessun standards under the supervision of the shop manager

Creative and passionate about fashion, you have solid experience in a similar role within fashion retail.
You enjoy customer interaction and excel in active selling, upselling, and cross-selling.
You are a team player and like challenges.
You are both fluent in Italian and English.
