As part of our new corner in Florence, we are looking for our future Sales Assistant to deliver outstanding customer service and represent the Sessùn brand.

Job description :

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience through personalized advice and upselling

  • Operate the cash register efficiently

  • Meet and exceed sales KPIs and targets

  • Develop and maintain the customer database (CRM)

  • Implement visual merchandising and the organisation of the front and back of the store, following Sessun standards under the supervision of the shop manager

Preferred experience

  • Creative and passionate about fashion, you have solid experience in a similar role within fashion retail.

  • You enjoy customer interaction and excel in active selling, upselling, and cross-selling.

  • You are a team player and like challenges.

  • You are both fluent in Italian and English.
