Required profile
We are looking for a great talent to be Account Manager and develop and be in charge of our clients after contracts were signed.
As an Account Manager , you will be in charge of :
Account Management : you will get in touch with your customer portfolio to make sure everything is going well.
Ticket Management : client satisfaction is our obsession. You’ll make sure that clients have their answers in less than 2 hours. You are not afraid to go on the field if necessary to assess problems and solutions
Sales strategy: You will create and have access to internal tools in order to follow customer numbers. You will also help us structure the processes that will allow new contracts to be better followed-up
And of course, you will be the best SENSATERRA representative during hot beverages fairs & events.
