We’re creating a self-hosted SaaS platform designed for the most critical, regulated and air-gapped environments. As a Senior QA Engineer, you will own the quality strategy for our Self-Hosted platform. Your mission is to design and execute systematic validation of the installer, lifecycle management, and operability features so that customers can reliably run our product in regulated, air-gapped environments.
📍 The position is available in Rennes, Paris or fully remote in Europe.
Build and maintain testbeds that mirror customer environments (air-gap, restricted networks, specific Kubernetes/OS versions).
Systematically test new platform and content versions across these environments, covering installation, upgrade, rollback, and offline update flows.
Work closely with the wider QA group to raise quality standards across the company, championing reproducibility, automation, and customer-centric testing.
Validate the full update pipeline (installer, upgrade, content bundles, debug toolkit) to ensure operators can succeed without direct vendor help.
Validate performance benchmarks (EPS, query latency, upgrade time) against documented reference architectures.
Collaborate with product management, Frontend and Backend teams to strengthen the quality of our products.
Innovate to tackle complex technical challenges using industry best practices.
Deliver a pixel-perfect platform to our users.
🤩 We are excited to meet you if :
You have more than 3 years of professional experience with QA for distributed, container-based platforms (Kubernetes, Helm, Docker).
Hands-on skills in environment automation (IaC, CI/CD pipelines, reproducible test clusters).
Familiarity with air-gap or highly regulated deployments is a plus.
A strong focus on automation, reproducibility, and operator experience.
You are autonomous in your technological watch
You have strong communication skills
You are driven by simplicity and efficiency
You are familiar with Frontend development (TypeScript, Javascript)
