As a Software Engineer, you will work on the development and implementation of software solutions for our customers in the railway industry.

Responsibilities :

• Work on the 8D VCU offline
• Work on Train Control Monitoring and Diagnostic System (TCMS) release activities
• Support Verification and Validation team
• Collaborate with Control Engineer/System Engineer to enhance the performances of the TCMS onboard system, wayside system, and Portable Test Equipment system
• Update Portable Test Equipment system
• Work on Escrow phase 1 activities
• Provide support to the project in resolving technical issues

• In-depth knowledge of Linux platform and applications debugging
• In-depth knowledge of C++ software development and OO design
• In-depth knowledge of client-server applications development, debugging, and communication protocols
• Experience in developing in IEC61131-3 software or using model-based development tools like Matlab/Simulink, Control Build, etc.
• Knowledge of Windows platform and Applications debugging
• Experience with Ethernet Network and Protocols
• Fluent in English and French
