The position

Job description

As part of the Europe Technology Talent Acquisition team, you will play a key role in the recruitment process and the onboarding of new talents in France. Successful applicants are excellent communicators, who enjoy solving problems, and work well in teams.

Responsibilities

  • Participate at career fairs and university visits to attract new talent.

  • Organization of internal recruitment activities/events

  • Requirements gathering from hiring managers.

  • Sourcing, interviewing, and offering new hires.

  • Scheduling of interviews with hiring managers

  • Prepare administrative formalities before internships begin

  • Coordinate the onboarding of new interns


Preferred experience

Qualifications:

  • In process of obtaining a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources or a relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Social Sciences)

  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
