As part of the Europe Technology Talent Acquisition team, you will play a key role in the recruitment process and the onboarding of new talents in France. Successful applicants are excellent communicators, who enjoy solving problems, and work well in teams.
Responsibilities
Participate at career fairs and university visits to attract new talent.
Organization of internal recruitment activities/events
Requirements gathering from hiring managers.
Sourcing, interviewing, and offering new hires.
Scheduling of interviews with hiring managers
Prepare administrative formalities before internships begin
Coordinate the onboarding of new interns
Qualifications:
In process of obtaining a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources or a relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Social Sciences)
Good knowledge in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
